• Notary Charge for the permit is $5.00

• The permit is valid for 30 days and once the transaction has been completed the permit MUST be turned back into our office within 10 days

• If the permit is not used, please return it or call our office so that we may remove it from the system

• Firearms are NOT allowed in this facility, we do not need to see the firearm for registration, we just need the paper work
